In order to achieve our goals we’re seeking a dedicated Marketing Project Coordinator Intern to learn and perform alongside our Marketing Project Manager, & our CEO.

Role
We’re seeking a full-time Marketing Project Coordinator to help us bring all of our music projects to fruition as part of a 6-months internship or an apprenticeship contract.
In this role, you will assist the marketing team in coordinating administrative, creative as well as analytical tasks on a day-to-day basis. You’ll provide support on content creation, campaign management, customers onboarding, assets’ releases schedule and more.
You will be joining a dynamic team, passionate about creating the future of the music industry and will have a direct impact on the company’s goals.
Mission
As our Marketing Project Manager intern or apprentice, your mission will include:
- Execution and Planning: Collaborate closely with your manager and the Music team to secure release schedules and ensure seamless execution of each release. Execute marketing campaigns aligned with artist and song creative universes to drive growth and user acquisition.
- Content Creation: Develop and execute creative content ideas that resonate with the target audience, showcasing the benefits of co-owning songs and earning royalties. Create compelling and engaging posts, videos, and graphics that capture the essence of the brand and drive community participation.
- Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and engaged community by proactively interacting with users, responding to inquiries, and cultivating meaningful conversations around music and co-ownership. Maintain a strong presence across various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Discord.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms. Leverage these insights to keep Bolero at the forefront of digital marketing and maximize our reach.
